For a limited time, Arby's will be serving up their famous roast beef on King's Hawaiian sweet roll buns. If you've ever had a square, buttery dinner roll from a cafeteria, odds are it was a King's Hawaiian roll. For those who haven't had the pleasure, the King's Hawaiian website describes their rolls by saying that they are fluffy and moist and that "you can taste the aloha inside". Um... delicious? (sorry I don't know what "aloha" tastes like)

In addition to being served on these aloha-filled buns, the King's Hawaiian Roast Beef Sandwich has 1/3 more roast beef than an Arby's Classic Roast Beef Sandwich. Is a sweet roll and extra beef not enough to please you? Well then the King's Hawaiian Roast Beef and Swiss Sandwich is for you! It adds Swiss cheese, pickles and a creamy Dijon sauce.

So what kind of nutritional punch do these King's Hawaiian Roast Beef Sandwiches pack? Are they loaded with calories? Are they a healthy lunch option?

Let's look at the nutrition facts to find out! As you might have guessed, these sandwiches aren't exactly health food. That extra roast beef and the King's Hawaiian bun raise the calorie count 57% over what you'll find in a Classic Roast Beef Sandwich. Add the cheese, pickles and sauce in the King's Hawaiian Roast Beef and Swiss, and you're looking at nearly double the calories found in the Classic Roast Beef Sandwich.

The King's Hawaiian Roast Beef Sandwich also contains roughly 50% of your daily recommended intake of saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium! Add medium curly fries and this one meal will be approaching 100% of the recommended daily intake of sodium and fat.

Arby's is also making a few other items available for a limited time; a Triple Berry Shake and House Made Chips.
